Verification of materials at source
Our priority is to ensure that the operation is a success from start to finish.
Therefore, at the very moment the material is to be loaded, an independent verifier checks and verifies that the goods correspond to what you have agreed in the negotiation, avoiding, with our service, additional worries and surprises.
Door-to-door transport
At ScrapAd we take care of your material from start to finish: we manage the logistical operations to ensure that the goods are collected from the seller’s facilities and delivered to the buyer.
All you have to do is have the documentation ready and prepare for us to collect or deliver the material to the address you specify. We adapt to your means to ensure smooth and hassle-free transport so that you can focus on growing your business.
Secure deposits and payments
All your transactions on ScrapAd will be completely secure. Our financial partner is a fully trusted entity, backed by the largest bank in Europe; BNP Paribas.
Within the platform you will have your own payment account, from which you will have control of your money. Purchases are made through deposits, which are kept in a separate account, and are released to the seller as different milestones in the transaction are successfully completed.
In this way we guarantee the security of your money and of the purchase and sale operations.

Complete the registration form. We know it is a bit long, but in order to do business successfully and with guarantees it is essential that you have your information complete.
It is important that you have at hand the documentation of your company, it may vary depending on the country from where you operate, but in general terms we need:
- Name and surname of the legal representative.
- Waste Producer/Manager/Beneficiary documentation: certificate authorising the company as a waste producer/manager.
- Official bank certificate indicating the name of the company and its IBAN (in PDF format or image). In case the bank account is opened with an online bank, additional valid proof of identification will be required.
- The company’s website.
In case you are self-employed:
- Identity document.
- Waste Producer/Manager/Beneficiary documentation: certificate authorising the company as a waste producer/manager.
- Bank certificate indicating the name of the person and his/her IBAN (in PDF or image format). In case the bank account is opened with an online bank, additional valid proof of identification will be required
In less than 48 hours we will confirm the verification of your account, in case of missing documents we will also notify you so that you can make transactions as quickly as possible.

- The first step is to complete the registration process and successfully pass the account verification.

- Click on publish advertisement
- Fill in the information about the materials you want to buy or sell. Remember that in order to carry out the buying and selling operations you must specify all the fields correctly, in order to optimise the negotiations and achieve your objectives in less time.
Once registered and verified:
- Post a purchase ad if you can’t find an ad for the recyclable materials you are looking for for sale.

- Select an ad for the material you are interested in selling on the ScrapAd Marketplace.
- Negotiate the price of the material.
Once an agreement is reached, the entire process is completed online:
- The buyer makes the corresponding deposit.
- ScrapAd checks the material at source and takes care of all the door-to-door transport.
- As the milestones of the transaction, verified by ScrapAd, are met, payments are released in favour of the seller.
Through ScrapAd you can track every step of the way.

- Post a for sale ad if you can’t find an ad to buy the recyclable materials you are looking for.

- Negotiate the price of the material.
