In order to obtain the authorisation, the following must be&nbsp;<strong>submitted to the Consejer\u00eda de Medio Ambiente of the autonomous community in which the company resides<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Self-control and self-protection plans for emergencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation on the situation of the land.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questionnaire to obtain authorisation for the management of non-hazardous waste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment of administrative fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental impact analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>List of all waste, definition of processes, machinery, personnel and facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Municipal activity licence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Task registered in the industrial register.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposit and environmental liability insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Those&nbsp;<strong>companies that act as waste dealers and do not have facilities<\/strong>&nbsp;can apply for the status of dealer and&nbsp;<strong>would be exempt from this procedure<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents required at ScrapAd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on whether you are going to sell or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scrapad.com\/en\/buy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">buy scrap metal<\/a>, you will need one type of documentation or another.
