This programme comes from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdti.es\/index.asp?MP=14&amp;MS=59&amp;MN=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CDTI<\/a>, the public business entity that depends on the Ministry of Science and Innovation, which&nbsp;<strong>promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies<\/strong>. This entity channels applications for aid and support for R&amp;D&amp;I projects from Spanish companies at national and international level. In short, the&nbsp;<strong>CDTI&#8217;s objective is to contribute to improving the technological level of Spanish companies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, following the CDTI&#8217;s guiding thread,&nbsp;<strong>the aim of the NEOTEC programme<\/strong>&nbsp;is to&nbsp;<strong>finance the start-up of new business projects that require the use of technologies<\/strong>&nbsp;or knowledge developed from research activity and in which&nbsp;<strong>the business strategy is based on the development of technology<\/strong>. NEOTEC is aimed at innovative technology-based companies where innovation and technology are determining and unique factors that contribute to the differentiation of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>beneficiaries of this aid<\/strong>&nbsp;are all those&nbsp;<strong>small innovative technology-based companies where innovation and technology are determining factors<\/strong>&nbsp;that contribute to the differentiation of the company. This allows us to become&nbsp;<strong>the first B2B marketplace for recyclable materials<\/strong>, with the aim of helping participating agents in their businesses in the most sustainable way possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ScrapAd provides tools that facilitate and enable online buying and selling in an end-to-end environment. Therefore, an enhancement of the existing platform is being developed which will include artificial intelligence. Thanks to AI,&nbsp;<strong>the system will be capable of the following actions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the best offers autonomously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suggest prices based on the updated value of materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assign the best routes to minimise transport costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launch alerts to buyers under a system of filtering by tags.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Streamline negotiations between users by being able to formalise a sales contract securely and remotely.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow payments in different visas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This improved platform with AI and intelligent algorithms<\/strong>&nbsp;will improve the user experience and automate the process of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scrapad.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">scrap metal trading<\/a>&nbsp;and recyclable materials. It will incorporate an automated model with intelligent functionalities that encourage interactions with users.
