In this case, it is the&nbsp;<strong>ScrapAd team that is responsible for verifying<\/strong>&nbsp;the documentation you provide in this step, which allows us to confirm that you are a company that can operate with waste.&nbsp;<strong>The documents we ask you for<\/strong>&nbsp;are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Company registration number document<\/strong>. This way we will know that you are a registered company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Waste related documentation<\/strong>: certificate that authorizes the company as a waste carrier, broker or dealer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Full verification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your business needs to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/scrapad.com\/en\/sell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sell scrap<\/a>&nbsp;or recyclable materials, you will need to comply with the requirements of the full verification.&nbsp;<strong>This verification is carried out by&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lemonway<\/a><strong>&#8216;s team<\/strong>, our financial partner, since purchases are made within the platform through deposits. For this, we require the following documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Double-sided Identity Document or passport<\/strong>. Both of the legal representative of the company that owns the payment account and of all the beneficiary with more than 25% shareholding in the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extract from the Central Registry less than 3 months old<\/strong>&nbsp;(indicating that the company is active).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Statutes or notarial deeds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Act of beneficial ownership or Capital Breakdown<\/strong>. These documents are intended to identify the shareholders holding more than 25% of the company&#8217;s shares. A document signed by the legal representative of the company can also be provided indicating the shareholders of the company.
