PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

SAMOVING S.L. is responsible for the processing of the personal data of the Data Subject and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), for which you are provided with the following processing information: Purposes of processing: as specified in the section on cookies used on this website. Legitimation of the processing: by consent of the data subject (art. 6.1 GDPR). Data retention criteria: The Personal Data of the sender and recipient will be retained for as long as necessary for the development of the contractual relationship. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be deleted in accordance with the provisions of the data protection regulations, which implies its blocking, being available only at the request of Judges and courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office or the competent Public Administrations during the period of limitation of the actions that may arise in order to be subsequently deleted. The limitation periods vary depending on the type of service, but for exemplary purposes, in general the limitation period for most personal civil actions is 5 years, as established in article 1964, section 2 of the Civil Code. The buyer’s and seller’s data will be processed in order to provide the services that allow them to carry out transactions for raw materials and recovery material through the ScrapAd Platform, which, among other activities, involves: (i) their registration as a customer; (ii) processing and responding to their doubts, queries or complaints; (iii) contracting a goods verification service; and (iv) contracting the transport service.

Data retention criteria

The data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years.

Communication of data

Authorised third parties may also use cookies when you interact with ScrapAd services. These third parties include search engines, measurement and analytics service providers, social networks and advertising companies. Third parties use cookies when they deliver advertising content, including advertisements relevant to your interests, to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to provide services on ScrapAd’s behalf.
